I am at a point in my life where over the last 12 months I have suffered with work stress and low mood, breast cancer, disciplinary, grievance and ultimate redundancy from (what I thought was) my dream job plus lost money. Whilst today I have so much less than this time last year, I also have so much more – a purpose, love, peace, my own company, a coaching qualification…
